PURPOSE: Executive signature request for close-out documents for Energy Audit Incentives.
BACKGROUND: Facilities and Fleet leveraged the Washington State Department of Commerce Energy Audit Incentive program to pay for Energy Audits at the Jail, Admin Buildings, Courthouse Buildings, and Denney Justice Center. Facilities and Fleet worked with the Washington State Energy Program to perform the Audits using a contracted company. All deliverables necessary for the incentives were received from the contractor and submitted to Commerce. The Department of Commerce reimbursed Snohomish County $366,906.59 for the four audits. Records that are required to be retained have been copied to the facilities storage drive "S:\Energy\Commerce Audit Incentives 2025".
