PURPOSE: This agreement is to provide an online ticketing, point of sale and gate access system for the Evergreen State Fair Park. Tickets sold on the system will be for Fair time events for the 2026-2030 annual fairs as well as year round events the Fair Park may produce.
BACKGROUND: A request for proposal was advertised (RFP #26-0660JM) for the purpose of providing ticketing, point of sale and a gate access system for the Evergreen State Fair Park for 2026-2030. There were 10 proposals received and the evaluation committee scored all proposers. Etix, Inc was the highest evaluated company and chosen as the top proposer and awarded the bid. Etix will provide a web based ticketing system, point of sale laptops, ticketing printers, scanners, real time reports, marketing capabilities and support staff for the Evergreen State Fair Park.
