PURPOSE: The Arts Commission board-approved work plan guides the next two years of Arts Commission work in conjunction with our spending authority.
BACKGROUND: 2.95.040 <https://snohomish.county.codes/SCC/2.95.040> authorizes the Arts Commission to develop an annual work plan recommending an art program for Council's consideration. The work plan must be submitted each September and does not require Council approval. This year's work plan reflects the biennial budget spending cap of $300,000; however, we plan to spend only up to and no more than $250.3K.
