PURPOSE: Purchasing Award Recommendation RFP-24-032JM-C
BACKGROUND: A competitive Request for Proposals was issued for subscriptions and ongoing maintenance for multi-factor authentication. The County originally conducted an informal competition in 2023 for 500 subscriptions with advanced support and awarded under QT-23-014JM. With an increase in subscriptions expected in 2024 and beyond, Purchasing identified the need for a formal competition to take place.
