PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation PW-24-0355SB
BACKGROUND: A competitive bid was issued for the improvement of Elliott Road by constructing a bridge, raising the roadway, re-aligning Anderson Creek, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the 2025 WSDOT Standard Specifications. Project construction will include two in-water work windows, during the summer of 2025 and during the summer of 2026. Group 1 consists of work for construction of the bridge, road improvements, and the temporary bypass road. Group 2 consists of work to re-align Anderson Creek and improve fish habitat.
