BACKGROUND: A competitive Invitation to Bid was issued to solicit pricing for abatement, demolition and removal of home/ cabin, its foundation, contents, impervious areas, and out-buildings demolition. Portions of the site that are currently covered with buildings will be re-graded by the contractor to match the existing grades on either sides of the structure that is targeted for removal.
