PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation - RFP-25-0415JM-C, Licenses, Palo Alto PA-5220
BACKGROUND: A competitive Request for Proposals - Software (RFP-C) was issued for software licenses related to the County’s firewall servers. Three (3) firms submitted proposals for RFP-25-0415JM-C. Tech Heads was deemed the highest ranked proposer and as such is being recommended for award in accordance with Snohomish County Code section 3.04.120 and section 3.04.140(11). The estimated expenditure is $600,000.00 for the initial five (5) year term.
