PURPOSE: Sign Amendment No. 3 with Quest Diagnostics. Quest will provide laboratory services for various programs housed within the health department. The Original Agreement is the product of County RFP No. 23-031TB Lab Services.
BACKGROUND: The Snohomish County Health Department has a responsibility to provide medical testing services for communicable diseases in our communities. Quest Diagnostics is a leading provider of laboratory diagnostic information services. They bring together quality, speed, and technology to power advanced, affordable diagnostics for all.
