PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation - PW-26-0737SB - Beverly Park Road ADA Upgrades & 18th Ave West Sidewalk Improvements
BACKGROUND: A competitive bid was issued for Beverly Park Road ADA Upgrades & 18th Ave West Sidewalk Improvements. reconstructing existing curb ramps to ADA compliance and upgrading pedestrian push buttons to APS standard, extending sidewalk, curb, and gutter, and planter strip on the west side of 18th Ave W between 151st St SW and Jefferson Way, and other work to be completed in accordance with the contract requirements. Seven (7) bid submittals were received, the lowest responsible bidder being RRJ Company LLC for award amount of $561,860.61 plus applicable Washington State Sales Tax.
