ORAL MOTION
Vice-Chair Nehring made a motion that the Council hereby authorize and approve the Settlement Agreement and Release of All Claims in the amount of $575,000.00 relating to the matter of AH v. Snohomish County, et al, US District Court for the Western District of Washington Cause 2:20-cv-01665-RSM, as negotiated by Special Deputy Prosecuting Attorneys, and to authorize the County Executive to execute the documents necessary to memorialize the agreements, in consultation with the Prosecuting Attorney. Councilmember Low seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
