PURPOSE: Compliance with RCW 57.16
BACKGROUND: RCW 57.16 requires local legislative approval of water system plans and plan amendments for water districts. Cross Valley Water District has prepared an amendment to their water system. The amendment is a Wellhead Protection Plan as required under WAC 246-290-100.
