PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of the Public Work Agreement with Siemens Industry, Inc.

 

BACKGROUND: This request is to expedite as Facilities has several outstanding invoices. Siemens was authorized to do the work under Single Source document SS-23-007RB, but there was no contract mechanism in place. Facilities is seeking Council to authorize the Executive to sign the Public Work Agreement for this work retroactively.
