PURPOSE: To approve the Professional Services Agreement for the Charter Review Commission Coordinator Position.
BACKGROUND: The Charter Review Commission meets every ten years to review the Charter and propose amendments to the November ballot for voter consideration. The Commission also hires their own independent staff. This PSA will approve the agreement with their selected Charter Review Commission Coordinator Peter Condyles for a not-to-exceed amount of $70,000.
