PURPOSE: To provide indigent defense services for the period from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025.
BACKGROUND: : This continues the relationship with the Snohomish County Public Defender Association to provide the majority of the mandated legal defense attorney services for indigent offenders from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. The Snohomish County Public Defender Association is a non-profit corporation that specializes in provide public defense services in Snohomish County.
