PURPOSE: Approve consolidated contract amendment #11 to adjust the funding period for the COVID-19 Response funds, add additional funds to the Overdose Data to Action program, modify the activities and deliverables for the COVID-19 vaccine funding, and add additional funds to TB Elimination programming. This ordinance would also approve future amendments to the consolidated contract with the Washington State Department of Health that support the current programmatic work.
BACKGROUND: The Health Department partners with the Washington State Department of Health on numerous bodies of work through a consolidated contract to enhance the health of the residents of Snohomish County. As part of this ongoing work, amendments are periodically needed to revise the statements of work and adjust funding amounts.
