PURPOSE: This motion would refer proposed code amendments to PDS and Planning Commission for review and recommendation back to the County Council by May 7, 2024.

BACKGROUND: This proposal would allow parking for subdivisions to be located on nearby tracts rather than requiring all parking for a lot to be on the lot itself.
