BACKGROUND: A competitive bid was issued for the construction of a Vactor Waste Storage Facility at the County’s Cathcart location. Work to be completed includes but is not limited to, removal, disposal, and installation of slab, installation of precast concrete block foundation walls, supply and erection of tensioned fabric structure, fabric replacement, and pavement patching to be performed in accordance with the requirements set forth in the bid specifications, drawings and contract documents.
