PURPOSE: Under Section 9, Budget Conditions and Notes, a condition is identified that a spending plan shall be presented to Council and approved by motion prior to funding being released. The $415,000 is identified for SnoCo TV funding for public, educational, and government access fees. Funding is allocated in a Special Revenue Fund in Information Technology.
BACKGROUND: A finalized plan has been presented and is included as an attachment of this ECAF. The report and implementation plan were created after significant collaboration with County partners and expert consultation.
