PURPOSE: Updating the project position table in Section 8 for the Amended Ordinance 22-059
BACKGROUND: The county integrated the Health District into the County Health Department in the 2023 Budget. The Amended Ordinance 22-059, Adopting the 2023 Budget inadvertently omitted Health Department Project Positions in Section 8 due to the method used when incorporating the Health Department FTEs into the Snohomish County 2023 Budget. Additionally, there are 2 “housekeeping” entries included in the table. The original table in the Adopted Budget shows 84.25 project position FTEs. The table included in the proposed ordinance shows total of 96.75 project position FTEs. This action does not change overall FTE authority nor change appropriation authority in the 2023 Adopted Budget.
