PURPOSE: The purpose of this Amendment is to increase the maximum compensation of the Agreement entered into on May 2, 2025.
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County has a complex set of transportation needs that require engagement and decision-making with leaders across the region. To ensure that the Executive Office has support in these regional issues, government relations expertise that focuses on transportation is necessary.
