PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of the correction of a scrivener’s error on Change Order 04 to Marpac Construction.
BACKGROUND: The County and Marpac Construction entered into an agreement on December 18th, 2024, for the construction phase of the New Start Center of Everett. Change Order 04 was previously approved and signed on 12 June 2025. An error in the sum of the change orders 1 through 3 (Change Orders to Date) was later found by Facilities’ accountants. The Contractor and Architect have signed the revision showing the corrected amount. The authorized amount of Change Order 4 is not being changed by this ECAF.
