PURPOSE: To appoint Carleen Matson to the Fair Advisory Board representing District #2. She will be fulfilling an un-expired term, effective immediately and expiring December 31, 2028.
BACKGROUND: The Fair Advisory Board is composed of eleven members, five representing and appointed by the Council district in which they live, and six at-large members. The board was created to advise, consult and assist the Fair Manager in the operation and maintenance of the Evergreen State Fair. Refer to S.C.C. 2.32.070.
