PURPOSE: Share with Council the 2025 DEM Annual Report.
BACKGROUND: Per SCC 2.36.085(5) the Department of Emergency Management shares highlights and accomplishments in an annual report to the Executive Office and County Council. The 2025 Annual Report was significantly delayed by the December flood response and ongoing recovery.
