PURPOSE: Approve Amendment 1 to the Master Services Agreement with Flock Group, Inc
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County entered into an agreement on January 23, 2025, with Flock Group, Inc for the installation of, and access to, twelve Flock Cameras and the Flock OS System (ECAF 24-3229). Flock has determined that the initial installation will not cost as much as estimated and has reduced the cost to the county. Amendment 1 reflects that lower cost in the Master Services Agreement.
