PURPOSE: To approve the Lumberjack Show Contract for the 2025-2029 Fairs.
BACKGROUND: As a result of an RFP (#RFP-24-0370SB), The International Lumberjack Show LLC was awarded the contract for the 2025-2029 fairs, with an option to extend for the 2030-2034 fairs. The International Lumberjack Show has performed at the fair for 42 years. The company will provide 3 educational and entertaining shows per day, which will include log rolling, tree climbing, chopping, sawing, axe throwing and chair carving. They will provide an Announcer, staff and all specialized show equipment.
