PURPOSE: To lease the Quarter Midget Track to a winning proposer
BACKGROUND: DCNR issued a Request for Proposal in October of 2024 to lease the track facility; DCNR has determined the winning proposal and will now enter into a Lease with the winning proposer for a 5-year term, beginning February 1, 2025; said lease will generate over $95,000 over the 5-year term; the winning proposer has operated the track facility for the past 3 years for the purposes intended.
