PURPOSE: Simplify setback tables.
BACKGROUND: This ordinance amends chapters 30.23 and 30.42B of the Snohomish County Code (SCC) to simplify the setback tables and increase the minimum setback for covered parking structures in urban zones from 18 feet to 19 feet.
