PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of Change Order 07 to Lincoln Construction, Inc.
BACKGROUND: The County and Lincoln Construction Inc. (LCi) entered into an agreement on December 19th, 2024, for the construction phase of the New Start Center of Edmonds. Prior to the bid phase, the fire sprinkler piping on the second and third floors was concealed within walls and the ceiling cavities. All of the fire sprinkler piping that has been uncovered within the walls is broken. The fire sprinkler piping will be a full re-pipe as the existing conditions are not salvageable.
