ORAL MOTION
Vice-Chair Dunn made a motion that the Council hereby authorize and approve the Settlement Agreement in the amount of $230,000 for the plaintiff in the matter of D. Ellsworth v. Snohomish County, King County Superior Court Cause No. 21-2-07621-8 SEA, as negotiated by the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, and to authorize the County Executive to execute the documents necessary to memorialize the agreement, in consultation with the Prosecuting Attorney. Councilmember Mead seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
