PURPOSE: To sign an agreement with Technical Event Production, LLC to provide television broadcast production support services for the Snohomish County Television Manager.
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County Television (SCTV) is the county's government access cable television channel dedicated to keeping Snohomish County residents informed. The primary purpose of SCTV is to provide the residents of Snohomish County with essential information pertaining directly to county and other governmental services, increasing the transparency and accessibility of the county. The channel launched in May 2025 and is operated by Snohomish County government and the equipment and set-up is funded through Public, Educational, and Governmental (PEG) Access Channel fees from television service providers in the county. Technical Event Production was selected as part of RFP-26-0781AD-I .
