PURPOSE: To donate old Kingdome Bleacher Seats to the Seattle Mariners

BACKGROUND: Snohomish County Fair Park acquired bleacher seats from the demolished King County Stadium, aka Kingdome sometime in 1998 (the "Property""). Snohomish County Fair Park finds no use of a portion of said property and wishes to surplus said property per SCC 4.46.170. Snohomish County Fair Park wishes to trade the property with assessed value of $3,200.00 to the Baseball Club of Seattle, LLLP, a Washington Limited Liability Partnership d/b/a the Seattle Mariners (the "Sponsor") in exchange for Seattle Mariner 2026 promotion of the trade with Snohomish County and appearance of the Mariner Moose at the Evergreen State Fair once said property achieves surplus status. and The Baseball Club of Seattle, LLLP, a Washington Limited Liability Partnership d/b/a the Seattle Mariners in exchange for the bleachers from Snohomish County the Sponsor will provide signage commemorating the collaboration between Evergreen State Fair Park and the Seattle Mariners, to be placed at T-Mobile Park for the duration of the 2026 Baseball season. Sponsor to provide club appearance (mascot, street team, promotional booth) during one day of the 2026 Evergreen State Fair (August 27- September 1 and September 3-7, 2026), date, time and location to be determined by Sponsor and Fair Park staff.
