EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION:  Approve

PURPOSE: This ordinance would affect sixteen parcels in the Maltby Urban Growth Area. For that area, it allows warehouse as a permitted use in Planned Community Business zoning subject to the bulk regulations of the General Commercial zone.

BACKGROUND: Councilmember Low sponsored this ordinance with the County Council referred to the Planning Commission by Motion 24-299 (ECAF 24-1611). The Planning Commission recommended approval.
