PURPOSE: To obtain the Executive’s signature on the approval of the use of Piggyback contract #03818 with Washington State DES.
BACKGROUND: This request is to expedite the signing of a Piggyback agreement with Pacific Security at the Everett New Start Center. The current vendor Kaeka is no longer under State contract, so Facilities is in need of a new vendor to start as quickly as possible. The security at this location is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will continue to be so through the end of 2024.
