PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval to sign the Amendment #2 with R & N Systems Design, LLC.
BACKGROUND: An Agreement was executed with R & N Systems Design, LLC (R & N) on June 21, 2022. The County and R & N wish to amend the contract dates only for continued use of the Jail Security System Upgrade Design services with no cost increase. Amendment #2 included with this ECAF describes services from June 21, 2024, to June 20, 2026. Facilities and Fleet Management requests that the Snohomish County Executive sign Amendment 2 with R & N.
