PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation PW-25-0388SB
BACKGROUND: A competitive Invitation to Bid # PW-25-0388SB was issued for resurfacing and related work to the ARTS tipping floor. The contemplated work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to pressure washing, polymer concrete mix, and all work in accordance with the requirements set forth in the specifications, drawings and contract documents. The lowest responsible bidder is Concrete Restoration in the amount of $2,247,967.01 plus applicable Washington State Sales Tax. The bid amount is 34.04% lower than the engineers estimate.
