PURPOSE: Amend Amended Ordinance 20-075 Increasing the aggregate maximum number of additional 2021 county FTEs from 25 to 50
BACKGROUND: The County will soon reach the maximum number of additional 2021 full-time equivalent employees (or “FTEs”) that have been authorized by the County Council pursuant to Section 7 of Amended Ordinance No. 20-075. There is a need to increase the aggregate maximum number of additional 2021 county FTEs from 25 to 50 in Amended Ordinance No. 20-075. A subsequent Motion will authorize the specific FTEs as this action seeks to only increase the allowable maximum from 25 to 50 FTEs.
