PURPOSE: Approve Amendment No. 2 with National Facility Contractors LLC, to provide snowplow and deice services at the Rucker Building.
BACKGROUND: Prior to the Health Departments integration into Snohomish County the Snohomish Health District contracted with TransBlue, LLC, for snowplow and deice services at the Rucker Building. On December 4, 2024, the Original Agreement was assumed by National Facility Contractors LLC (NFC). This amendment will extend the agreement end date and increase funds.
