PURPOSE: The agreement with Keefe Commissary Network is to provide a full range of automated commissary services with offsite bagging operation for the inmates, as well as an inmate fund accounting system configurable to the Jail’s needs.
BACKGROUND: Title 5 mandates that the Sheriff’s Office Corrections Bureau provide commissary services for our inmates. RFP 24-029JM was sent out for jail commissary services May 2024. The evaluation committee selected Keefe Commissary Network to provide commissary services. The term of this agreement is April 1, 2025, through March 31, 2031. The term may be extended or renewed for up to two (2) additional five (5) year terms.
