BACKGROUND: A competitive Bid was issued to solicit pricing for the publication of Snohomish County Legal Notices. The County’s Purchasing Division is required to publish legal notices in the Official County Newspaper at least once for every formal competitive effort issued by the County. Other departments, offices, and agencies also publish legal notices and advertisements in the Official County Newspaper.
