PURPOSE: ROE for WFT to enter the Roth property for ingress, egress, survey and ESA
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County Department of Surface Water Management acquired the property from the Roth family in August of 2023. Since acquiring the County has developed the property to be sold to a farmer sometime in 2026 through the WFT. This Right of Entry will allow Washington Farm Trust (WFT) to do studies and surveys on the former Roth property in compliance with that potential acquisition.
