ORAL MOTION
Vice-Chair Nehring made a motion to hereby authorize and approve the Mutual Settlement Agreement and Release in the amount of $ 1,275,000.00 relating to the matter of Snohomish County, v. Dowl LLC, Road Products, Inc. and Asphalt Systems Inc., Snohomish County Superior Court Cause 20-2-03480-31, as negotiated by Special Deputy Prosecuting Attorneys, and to authorize the County Executive to execute the documents necessary to memorialize the agreements, in consultation with the Prosecuting Attorney. Councilmember Low seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
