PURPOSE: To obtain Executive Approval on an agreement with Air Reps, LLC.
BACKGROUND: On September 2nd and September 3rd, 2025, the Denney Juvenile Justice Center was experiencing a lack in heating from the HVAC units ODU-1 and ODU-2. A HVAC repair company, Air Reps, LLC, was contacted immediately to come in for the repairs. A Procurement Compliance Form was requested, filled out, and the Purchasing Manager approved on December 4, 2026. Facilities staff were late in submitting a Micro Service Agreement (Prevailing Wage) for the work with Air Reps, LLC and the agreement requires Executive approval as the invoice awaits payment upon authorization. All work was completed in 2025.
