BACKGROUND: A competitive Request for Proposals - Software (RFP-C) was issued for software licenses related to a platform that allows information to be securely exchanged and communicated at the County. Six (6) firms submitted a total of seven (7) proposals for RFP-26-0813AD-C. Norstan Communications, Inc. was deemed the highest ranked proposer and as such is being recommended for award in accordance with Snohomish County Code section 3.04.120 and section 3.04.140(11). The estimated expenditure is $98,622.00 for the initial five (5) year term.
