PURPOSE: Approving the 2025 Annual Report updating the Affordable Housing and Behavioral Health Capital Fund Investment Plan and authorizing the Director of Human Services to execute necessary documents for 2026 Notices of Funding Opportunity and subrecipient agreements with Council approval for execution of agreements as required by Snohomish County Code.
BACKGROUND: The attached motion requests approval of the 2025 Annual Report updating the Housing and Behavioral Health Capital Fund Investment Plan for the second half of the 2025-2026 budget biennium and authorization for the Human Services Department Director to execute the necessary documents to implement the Plan in conformance with Snohomish County Code. The Plan, the result of community listening sessions with various advisory boards, housing providers, elected officials, and community members invested in this topic represents a collaborative effort to enhance the Housing and Behavioral Health systems.
