PURPOSE: To share storage space at the Blue Barn with WSDNR
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County owns property located at 3718 Fobes Road, Snohomish, WA, that contains a blue barn (the “Facility”) that is used from time to time for storage of materials and equipment needed to maintain other Snohomish County owned property. The Washington State Department of Natural Resources (the “DNR”) has asked to use 100 square feet of the Facility for the same purposes over the next four (4) years with an option to extend for two (2) additional years. DNR also asks for additional parking spaces outside of the barn for maintenance vehicles and State workers to use while at the Facility.
