PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation PW-25-0595SB - Thomas’ Eddy Hydraulic Reconnection
BACKGROUND: A competitive bid was issued for the Thomas’ Eddy Hydraulic Reconnection with contemplated work including, but not limited to, reestablishment of floodplain connectivity, restoration of the natural stream processes within and adjacent to the project area and improvement to public access. Work is to be completed in accordance with the requirements set forth in the specifications, drawings and contract documents. Eight (8) bid submittals were received, the lowest responsible bidder being to Rodarte Construction with an award amount of $6,926,370. 00 plus applicable Washington State Sales Tax.
