PURPOSE: The purpose of this ECAF is to approve and authorixe execution of the 2026 Interlocal Agreement (ILA) between Snohomish County and the Cross Valley Water District (the “District”) to continue to provide the District with IT services.
BACKGROUND: In order to mutually benefit the County and the District, beginning in 2020, Snohomish County agreed to share imagery with the District, and the District agreed to share the associated cost, for the benefit of both organizations. Approval of this ILA will allow the County to continue to share the imagery with the District as outlined in the Work Order (WO). The total cost of all WOs against this ILA shall not exceed $60,000 over the five-year term.
