PURPOSE: The purpose of this ordinance is to amend Chapter 4.121 SCC.
BACKGROUND: This ordinance would amend existing code, Chapter 4.121 SCC, for the Nuisance Property Abatement Fund so that money under this fund could also be used to help cover costs the Sheriff’s Office may incur through the impoundment of recreational vehicles under the new code SCC 11.06. This is ordinance is the second of two, the first ordinance establishes a new chapter implementing parking restrictions.
