PURPOSE: To execute an agreement with Northwest Municipal Advisors to provide financial advisory services for the County issuance of debt/bonds.
BACKGROUND: The County issued RFP-14-21BC earlier this year to solicit proposals from interested and qualified firms to assist the County with financial advisory services on debt/bond issues. Two proposals were received and evaluated. Northwest Municipal Advisors was the highest ranked proposer. Northwest Municipal Advisors is currently providing these services and the County is satisfied with the services provided. Compensation for these services comes directly from the debt/bond issue proceeds.
