PURPOSE: To recommend the appointment of Dennis Wheeler to the Chemical Dependency and Mental Health Program Advisory Board.

BACKGROUND:
*                     The Chemical Dependency and Mental Health Program Advisory Board (CDMH Board) currently has nine vacancies. 
*                     The Chemical Dependency and Mental Health Program Advisory Board voted unanimously to recommend this individual for appointment at their February 17, 2021 board meeting. 
*                     Dennis Wheeler serves on the Council on Aging and has been recommended to serve as their representative on the CDMH Board. 
*                     This would be his 1^st term, which will expire on 2/28/2024.
